Wondering what’s going on within the downtown business improvement district (BID)?

An event Thursday, April 11 aims to offer insight.

The BID board plans to hold what it’s termed a “mixer” April 11, at which it will offer updates on downtown as well as highlights of what’s expected to be accomplished in 2019. It also will offer guests a chance to ask questions.

The event is meant to both bring members of the district — and the public at large — together, as well as be informative.

Plans for the event came together Tuesday morning, as the BID board met again.

The mixer originally was set for Tuesday, March 26, but was pushed off a couple weeks.

Now it will occur April 11 at Knuth Brewing Co.’s new beer hall, which is under construction but should be complete just in time for the event.
