When Hillside Dental opened its location on Oshkosh Street in 1986, it was a modern-looking office.

Since then, while the practice has kept up with the latest in dental procedures and technology, its look hasn’t aged as well.

“The wallpaper in a lot of the building was still original — 32 years old. The cabinetry, the countertops were all original,” dentist Steve Eiler said. “I’m the oldest guy here, so I thought it was really fashionable.

“But a lot of the young people here were saying, ‘You know, this is really dated and out of style.’”

   That can’t be said anymore.

After two months of renovation — all while still seeing patients — Hillside Dental sports a sleek, new look, while also adding a new service: dental implants.

Gone are the dated, dark paint and cabinets. In are bright, warm tones accented with stone and wood.

It’s a transformation all at the practice agree brings a fresh, new life to Hillside Dental.
