With all but one jurisdiction reporting, three candidates — one far ahead — appear to have won election to the Ripon Area School Board.
Challenger and recently appointed board member Amy Pollesch easily led the field with 877 votes reported so far, 204 more than the next highest total. Instead of serving the one-year term she was appointed to in February, she now will serve a full three-year term. The board will appoint a new replacement for the seat.
Following Pollesch, results from the second- to sixth-place finishers fell in closer gaps. Incumbent Tom Stellmacher (673 votes) and challenger Josh Rieder (632 votes) pulled out victories over challengers Kim Mack (549 votes) and Jen Vande Brink Dudzinski (548 votes) and incumbent Sherry Muskavitch (535 votes).
The results include each jurisdiction except the town of Brooklyn, according to Superintendent Mary Whitrock.
