TO THE EDITOR:

On May 22, 2019, while visiting a local restaurant on main street your town someone remarked that the police were chalking car tires.

... I do believe this is a violation of the publics constitutional rights!

I called the police department and was told there’s a two hour parking on city streets.

However, I do not recall seeing any signs saying so where I was parked.

Not only is this a violation of our constitutional rights it is also a type of vandalism. ...
