TO THE EDITOR:

Editor’s note: This letter concerns an Oct. 15 Milwaukee Journal story reporting that upon being told by U.S. ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland that aid to Ukraine was linked to a 2016 investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, called President Trump rather than shared the information with other senators or the FBI.
