It’s time to fire the coach!

     If the Vikings had consistently beat the Packers for the last eight years, the Packer Coach would have been replaced and new players would have been brought into the lineup.

     Wisconsin and Minnesota have competed with remarkable economic similarities that date back to the 1800s. This changed with the election of Scott Walker and the Republican majority in the state legislature.

     According to an Economic Policy Institute report from May 2018, Wisconsin has been losing to Minnesota since 2010. A list of some of the highlights follows.

     * Job growth in Minnesota has been markedly stronger at 11 percent vs. 7.9 percent in Wisconsin.
